Welcome to Icy Tower Summit, an online multiplayer climbing and role‑playing game built on the Base44 platform. By accessing or playing the game, you agree to the terms described in this document. These terms protect players, creators, and the integrity of the game world.

If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue use of the game and its related services.

 

2. Eligibility & Accounts

2.1 Roles

  • Guest — may view the game preview and leaderboards but cannot play or save progress.

  • Player — registered user with a persistent profile, inventory, stats, and progression.

  • Admin — authorized personnel who manage users, moderate content, and maintain game integrity.

2.2 Account Requirements

To create a Player account, you must:

  • Provide a valid username, email, and password

  • Be at least 13 years old (or meet your region’s digital service age requirement)

  • Agree to these Terms of Use

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

 

3. Acceptable Use

3.1 Player Conduct

Players must not:

  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other players

  • Cheat, exploit bugs, or manipulate game systems

  • Attempt to access admin tools or restricted areas

  • Use automation, bots, or scripts to gain unfair advantage

  • Upload harmful content, malware, or unauthorized code

  • Impersonate staff or other players

3.2 Game Integrity

You agree not to:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the game

  • Interfere with servers, networking, or real-time synchronization

  • Attempt to bypass security or authentication systems

4.1 Coins, Items, and Resources

Coins, cosmetics, upgrades, and RPG materials (logs, ore, fish, magic essence, etc.) are virtual items with no real-world monetary value.

4.2 Ownership

You receive a license to use virtual items within the game. You do not own them outside the game environment.

4.3 No Refunds

All purchases made with in-game currency are final.

 

5. Multiplayer & Real-Time Features

5.1 Shared World

Icy Tower Summit is a real-time multiplayer environment. You understand that:

  • Other players may appear near you

  • Player positions and actions are synchronized

  • Offline players appear as tents at their last location

5.2 Player-Generated Behavior

The game is not responsible for actions taken by other players. Admins may intervene when necessary.
